Our Story
We’re two women from opposite sides of the world, Australia and Ireland, who met through a shared passion for leadership, people, and meaningful conversations. What began as a connection through a podcast soon revealed something more: kindred spirits with a shared mission to change the way we lead and live.
Together, we bring decades of experience and insight. One of us, based in Australia, brings 30 years of corporate experience paired with deep training in psychotherapy and developmental psychology. The other, based in Ireland, is
a University Design Thinking Lecturer, Author, and Founder of FlourishByDesign personal identity development agency. Between us, we blend grounded wisdom, academic depth, emotional intelligence, and a whole lot of lived experience.
We are both passionate about client relationships, the driving force behind company performance. When people are acknowledged, understood, and feel aligned, they thrive. Mutual respect forms the foundation of any successful relationship, and that is at the heart of our work. That’s why we’ve developed a suite of online bridging courses, a podcast, and one-on-one facilitation and workshops, all designed to help you craft your ideal leadership story with clarity and focus.
The tools we’ve created support you in defining your preferred leadership style by helping you reflect on the qualities, values, and characteristics that truly matter to you. Often, when things go awry with clients or teams, we look outward, blaming others for the challenges we face, yet we haven’t taken the time to assess our own needs and values. Misalignments subtle though they may be can often emerge from these unexamined spaces.
Our courses are designed to empower you to pause, reflect, and notice early patterns in your leadership. This helps you gain clarity on your own position, become more intentional in your approach, and develop the flexibility needed to adapt to various situations.
