Introduction

We are absolutely delighted to have you join us for the online launch of our brand-new platform and podcast, Suits You - 8 months in the making!


What began as a powerful reconnection between two women from opposite sides of the world has grown into a shared vision to reimagine leadership.


Both of us have been studying and going through our own transformations as well.


We reunited in Sydney beginning of this year after meeting 2 years ago in Ireland, then flew to Melbourne for a book launch, and filmed our first 3 episodes in one inspired week.


We’re both incredibly proud of the work behind this - not just because it’s taken commitment, but because we genuinely believe it’s needed now more than ever.


Our Methodology and On-line Training Platform

The heart of what we’ve built is an online learning platform that introduces three core Leadership Attachment Styles — Avoidant, Dominant, and Compassionate. These styles shape how we lead, respond, and connect.


We’ve designed three bridging courses, each grounded in our 5-step method. The teaching approach blends:

  1. Practical information,

  2. Storytelling to make it stick,

  3. Roleplay for real-world practice.


It’s all supported with reflective workbooks designed to deepen self-awareness. It’s not just about information — it’s about transformation.


We have created it in a way to help Leaders “Bridge the gap to success” by recognising skill gaps, understanding their leadership approach/style, and becoming more self-aware about which style they would like to engage in or access?

Our Background Information

We created this at a time when the leadership landscape is evolving faster than ever. The rise of AI, hybrid work, and growing emotional complexity demand more from leaders, not less.


That’s where the 5th Revolution comes in. At the core of this shift are three (3) essential human skills:

  1. Psychological flexibility,

  2. Emotional intelligence,

  3. Creative thinking.


We see so many leaders wanting to show up more consciously — to use their voice, to be present, and to lead with impact, but they often don’t know how or what’s getting in the way.


That’s the gap we’re here to bridge!


McKinsey Report: In September 2024, McKinsey released a powerful report redefining leadership, saying Leadership is enabling others. They described leadership also not as who you are, but what you do — the behaviours and mindset that align people toward shared goals.


But we’d take it one step further: to truly enable others, we must first enable ourselves.”
